Bright Star Nursing Alliance is one of the leading advocacy groups for Registered Nurses in the United States, proudly supporting those who dedicate their lives to healthcare. Since 2006, our passionate team has helped over 6,000 nurses advance their careers and achieve their professional dreams.
Our mission is to continue to ensure our nurses receive the resources, recognition, support, and financial benefits to which they are entitled. We are passionate about advocating for Registered Nurses to receive fair pay and equitable retirement benefits. With 90% of the nursing workforce being women, nurses face gender bias that undermines their right to access the same income and pensions that professionals in male dominated fields receive.
Our operations are fully funded through the consulting fees we receive from institutions in the medical community. Our commitment is to ensure Registered Nurses are fully valued for their contributions to the medical community and to the health and wellness of our citizens. Bright Star Nursing Alliance will never solicit donations or financial contributions from the nurses we serve. In fact, the Alliance has numerous work-from-home part-time employment opportunities for our registered nurses.
